The following terms apply to all shipments within Mexico.
To ensure delivery, it is important to have made the full payment for the order.
- If the order is received after 12:00 PM, it will be processed and shipped the next day.
- If the order is received before 12:00 PM, it will be processed for shipment the same day.
Ground shipping is handled by DHL or Estafeta courier services, and shipping costs are determined based on the quantity of the product. The courier service will be selected based on the warehouse from which the shipment originates, the destination, and the agreements in place at that warehouse.
Once your order has been processed, if the product is in stock, it will be shipped no later than the next business day (Monday to Friday), and will arrive at its destination within 2 to 6 days.
Delivery time:
- The delivery time for the product begins counting from the moment the order is released.
- The estimated delivery time will be provided at the end of the order and confirmed by email.
